Both have signed MoU and will be starting their Joint Venture, targeted towards software development for the banking and finance industries in the CIS countries like Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and in Eastern Europe from January, 2010. AurionPro and SoftClub have collaborated together with the aim of expanding market for risk, payment and lending products in the CIS countries and gaining higher revenues. For the technical development and localization, AurionPro will provide its domain expertise to the Joint Venture and SoftClub will be developing localized Russian version for AurionPro’s payments module, risk management and lending suite.
