REVIEW OF OPERATIONS & NEW INITIATIVES

aurionPro continued to invest significantly during 2011 in order to maximize the relationships with our strategic partners. Those efforts were duly rewarded as various aurionPro Practices were honored with several significant Partner awards. Our Banking Products team was selected by IBM out of hundreds of partner nominations as a winner of a 2012 Beacon Award for recent successes co-positioning aurionPro's Payment Hub software suite on top of IBM's hardware and software offerings. Our Information Security Practice was thrilled to win Oracle’s top Partner honor, the Oracle Titan Award, for the second time in three years, for their Oracle Entitlement Server implementation with a major financial services company. Finally, our Banking group was also recognized by Microsoft’s Enterprise Partner Group as a Partner of the Year.

Along with our Partner awards, aurionPro has been recognized a number of times by industry analysts for our consistent growth in our business as well as for our commitment to delivering the highest quality of products and services to our global customer base. Most significantly, aurionPro was selected to the 2011 FinTech 100 as one of the top 100 global financial technology providers.

Various aurionPro businesses hired key leaders over the course of 2011, continuing our commitment to grow our core offerings. Walt Levengood, a veteran of the flourishing Retail Payments industry, joined aurionPro as President of our Payments Practice, where he has brought his extensive experience developing and implementing electronic payment programs to help expand aurionPro’s payments offerings. The aurionPro SENA division, focused on consulting services around Oracle’s Identity Management, WebCenter, and Oracle Apps product lines, has also hired a number of Sales and Operational leaders to grow our Oracle-based Web Content Management and Enterprise Portal business. Steve Sommers, Mark Tepsic, and Jason Zolczynski, all former leaders in Oracle’s WebCenter Consulting organization, joined aurionPro SENA over the course of the year to help drive that rapidly expanding team.

Finally, aurionPro has continued our investment to ensure consistent and successful delivery of services to our customers, for which we have achieved 2 certifications during the past year. Our Pune delivery center, one of aurionPro’s most strategic and substantial offshore development facilities, has achieved both SAS70 Type I certification as well as SSAE16 compliance, the highest level of international validation for an Information Security program. Independent auditors carried out the assessments and provided both certifications. Successful completion of these processes provide reassurance to aurionPro’s customers that there is a strong set of controls in place and reaffirms that the company is run as a world-class organization.
