The Challenge: 

BNP Paribas needed a system to execute direct debit transactions for debiting the desired amount from corporate clients' accounts. Other challenges included:

  • BNPP's corporate customers need to initiate payments through a front end
  • Payment processing within the agreed to SLA
  • Providing a handoff file to corporate customers for reconciliation in their internal systems
