Defect Management — As in all phases of testing any defects detected during test execution need to be both recorded and managed by the testing organization. Constant feedback will be provided to your team to make sure that issues are properly categorized, and that they don’t languish in the issue tracking system.
Code Coverage Analysis — Our team will utilize code coverage tools to identify area of the code base not being exercised by the tests defined in the test plan.
