Key Responsibilities
    • Manage and analyse business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops and formulation of an overall solution design, modelling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.
    • Hands-on Techno-Functional role to analysis and propose solutions for business issues, process changes and functional requirements.
    • Work with different technology teams across infrastructure, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.
    • Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders.
Key Requirements Functional Requirement
  • Experience working in the financial industry with relevant experience in business analysis or in core Market Risk module and project implementation.
  • Previous experience on implementing Fundamental Review of Trading Book (FRTB SA and IMA) SIMM(Standard Initial Margining Model), xVA is preferred.
  • Candidate must have thorough understanding of regulation on “Minimum requirement of Market Risk capital charge”
  • Must have working understanding of Murex module with atleast 7 years of specific experience in MRE, MRA, Murex Limit Controller and Simulation and pricing modules
  • Other good to have skill sets include margining, collateral or related credit risk methodologies
  • Experience in managing and delivery of trading platforms for Treasury products on a global scale, integrated within the organizations treasury product systems.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
  • Strong problem solver who can question and understand proposed solutions and business drivers.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities As part of the Front Office and Product control practice, the analyst will be responsible for
  • Analysing stakeholder requirements, formulating design and development proposals to enhance the global markets technology efficiency and meets Front office expectations
  • Delivering and supporting the Global markets platform (Murex), managing the quality of functional delivery and ensuring the implementation and deployment of the deliverables.
  • Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)
  • Contributing and assist existing support parties in resolving requests or issues with Front Office, P&L, Market Data, and booking issues
  • Interacting with stakeholders to develop practical domain roadmaps to move the enterprise towards the future state vision, while taking into account business, technical and delivery constraints
  • Communicating the principles, standards, vision and roadmaps to stakeholders and proactively addressing any questions / concerns identified
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in both business and IT to assist in defining and delivering high quality solutions
Key Requirements
  • Knowledge of most common traded financial instruments is a MUST
  • Must be detailed-oriented, a quick learner, and a self-starter
  • Experience as a Front office / Product control system/business analyst or consultant in a leading trading platform.

Job Objectives: Lead the design, implementation, enhancement and support of AurionPro payments platform technology and business solutions following software engineering processes and Agile methodology. Supervise development team in designing software architecture framework and serverless architecture. Analyze technical and functional requirements, participate in product roadmap meetings, analyze feasibility of design, integrate and implement support to new and existing clients, perform code reviews, ensure code artifacts are of highest quality, review and update low-level and high-level technical design documents, design microservices. Confer with stakeholders to determine the project scope, delivery timelines and execution schedule. Provide realistic and accurate project estimates, meet project deadlines and project objectives. Participate in Scrum meetings and standup calls, look up technology version upgrades and research the potential impact on application, provide technical guidance as needed, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, generate reports, provide production support, etc.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering or related fields plus 5 years demonstrated experience in supervising development team in software application design and development using C#, Azure, .NET Core, GIT, RESTful API, SQL Server required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required alongwith travel and/or relocation to unanticipated locations in U.S.
