  • Design (Concept, FEED and Detail Design) of mechanical systems as per local and International standards – Indian, APAC, and EMEA
  • Creating detailed design and engineering for Tier 3/ 4 Data centre build including master layout design for HVAC, piping and ductwork, Plumbing, HSD and CPM integration
  • Understanding and preparing equipment tender BOQ's with necessary technical specifications, layouts, heat load calculations, ventilation calculations reviewing CFD reports, PUE calculations etc.
  • Interacting with the customers to understand their business requirement and designing the Data centres.
  • Ensuring proper design planning and delivery as per defined schedule.

  • Coordination with Electrical/ Security/ BMS discipline for finalising the electrical loads for mechanical equipment, I/O points as well as allocating power provisions in drawings
  • Direct experience with (or direct management of teams using) one or more of the following applications will be considered a plus:AutoDesk AutoCAD, AutoDesk AutoCAD 3D or AutoDesk Revit MEP.
  • Preparing Request for Quotation(RFQ), review of technical offers, tender returns and relevant documents from Vendors.

  • Preferably should have working experience of MS Project and other Microsoft tools, AutoCAD etc.
